The Creative Process

01 Inquire & Connect

Fill out the inquiry form on the contact page to get in touch. I will respond in 2-3 business days if I’m a good fit for the project.

02 Consciously Learn

The onboarding process starts with a comprehensive call. I will learn more about you and your love story, and how we can bring it to life on paper. We will select colours and paper options, and determine the best way to customize your chosen template. Once we’ve finalized some details I will follow up with a custom quote. 

03 PURPOSEFULLY BUILD

Once we’ve finalized colours, paper selections, and print methods I will dive into the design phase. I will create a series of concepts based on your chosen template and work together to revise until it’s perfect.

04 PERFECT & DELIVER

Once all assets are finalized, the artwork is sent to one of my trusted printers. You will receive a final package ready to be shared, mailed out or displayed.

Hi, I’m Giuliana—a Toronto-based graphic designer passionate about connecting with like-minded individuals. Working with couples and wedding planners to develop custom wedding stationery and signage has allowed me to combine my love for paper textures, type design, and cohesive branding. I love hearing about your love stories and bringing them to life on paper.

The Details

  • Thank you for your interest in working with Studio Oros. First, I need to learn a bit about you. Fill out the inquiry form with as much detail as you can, and I will get back to you in 2-3 business days if I’m a good fit.

  • Each project varies in timeline depending on the scope. I recommend reaching out at least 3 months before you need your invitations in-hand, and 2-3 months before day-of materials are needed.

    I only take on a limited number of fully custom projects per year, so if you're interested in working together please contact me as soon as possible.

  • For our clients in Canada, yes! Let me handle the print production and material specifications and deliver you a final product—ready to be shared, mailed out, or displayed. There is an additional shipping fee for clients outside of Toronto, Canada.

    For projects outside of Canada I will deliver you print-ready files and work closely with your printer if required.

  • Yes! If you’re in need of menus, place cards, vow booklets, table numbers and other signage please let me know in your inquiry form.

  • I use a variety of printing methods to achieve a range of designs and to meet a range of budgets. The most popular include digital, letterpress, embossing, and foil stamping.

  • Because every wedding is so unique, I am not able to provide exact pricing online. Quantities, print methods, and paper stock all affect the cost of printing. After our discovery call, I can follow up with a custom quote.

    But to give you an idea, wedding services start at the studio minimum of $1,200 CAD for custom stationery and $600 CAD for semi-custom suites (for 100 households).

  • Yes!

  • Yes, absolutely. I will take you through the same creative process and deliver you the digital files you need.

  • The standard payment structure is 50% up front, and the remaining 50% before production begins. I accept payments online via e-transfer.
